What a great day for some Sporting Clays on top of the hill. 70 degrees, sunny and a light breeze. We had 72 shooters show up this event an amazing turn out. Congratulations to Gary King taken HOA honors with a high score of 93. Thank you to all the great setup crew, David Cruger, Keith Tripple, Karl Triple, Sean Conroy, Jordan Wheatly and Ric Roberts. Without their help we would not have had such great targets and a great event. Thank you Joe Murray and Kathy Pickett for running the desk and keep everything going smooth with the mass of people we had coming in. Great job. Thank you David Cruger, Dave Cooley and Jorden Wheatly for verifying all the scores and figuring out all the winners, another tough job. Add to that Gary Norman for being the MC and announcing all the scores and award winners. Of course the great kitchen staff and cooks. Kathy Pickett, Shannon Johnson and Rob Tulloch for the morning breakfast sandwiches. Thank you for everyone who helped serve the food at the Pavilion Kathy Pickett and Vern Wallaber. Thank you very much. A big Thank you to Rebecca Wheatly for running the 50/50 and making sure the trappers got all the tips possible. Thank you very much. Aa big thank you for the Pavilion setup crew, getting the tables, Tents and everything organized Joe Murary, Dave Cooley and Ken Johnson a big task, thank you. A major thank you to the Ducks Unlimited organization for an amazing event and wow an amazing amount of guns raffled off, outstanding. For anyone else that helped out that I missed thank you very much there was way too many people helping out for me to keep track of everyone, but know your help is always appreciated. To all the hardworking trappers thank you. |
